  • Order Detail Enhancement: Ship/Pickup Field Converted To Date Picker

    TheShip/Pickup field in the Order Detail form has been upgraded to a date picker. Previously, it was a text field, requiring users to reference external calendars to avoid selecting weekend dates. This format change aims to enhance user convenience.

  • Introduction Of "Add To Cart" Deep Link

    The"Add to Cart" deep link helps streamline promotions! For instance, when a client runs a promotion, potential new customers (not yet in the database) receive an email or a postcard with a link or QR code. Upon clicking the link, they land on the client's website with predetermined wines already in their cart. This streamlined process encourages new customer acquisition and orders.

  • New Permission: "Allow Export To Fulfillment"

    In response to client requests, we have introduced a new permission called"Allow Export to Fulfillment." This permission restricts users who can execute Order Exports that change the shipping status to to "Exported". You can find this permission under the Orders section, alongside permissions for both destructive and non-destructive exports.

  • Introduction Of "Revenue Detail By Channel" Report (Thanks To Papapietro Perry Winery)

    We are pleased to introduce a new report, "Revenue Detail by Channel," available within the Company Reports. This report provides a comprehensive breakdown of revenue by sales channel, along with the percentage of total revenue attributed to each channel. Special thanks to Papapietro Perry Winery!

  • Enhanced Campaign Manager for Anti-Spam Compliance - In response to updated email-sending policies from Google and Yahoo, focusing on security and spam reduction, senders are now required to authenticate emails using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols. Emphasizing the importance of maintaining low spam rates and offering easy unsubscribe options, we've tailored the eCELLAR campaign manager engine to meet these stringent requirements.   • Improved Customer Search in POS with Active/Inactive Indicator - We've updated the customer search functionality in the POS to distinguish between active and inactive accounts more clearly. Now, theActive/Inactive indicator is conveniently displayed as a filter, with active accounts set as the default option. As an added bonus, we've removed the code that automatically submits product searches, ensuring searches are only initiated when the user presses the enter/return key.
  • New Fulfillment Method and Carrier: Vinum55 - We have added Vinum55 as a fulfillment method and carrier, offering our customers even more flexibility in their shipping choices.

  • Editable Gift Messaging Field in Order Detail Form Exciting news! You can now modify the gift message field on the Order Detail form even after the order has been processed. This added flexibility allows users to create, edit, or remove messages at any stage of the process, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Enhanced Inventory Summary Report with SKU Description We've made an improvement to the Inventory Summary Report by including SKU descriptions, providing greater clarity and easier identification of products (sponsored by Rudd Estate).
  • Enhanced Customer Search query engine for speedier results

  • Task Manager! Users can now create tasks for themselves to remember follow-ups for their customers and VIP's. Task list(s) are now visible throughout the ACP and new smart icons show if a customer has tasks assigned, with color coding for pending, due today, or late.   • Customer Search: Phone number searches now filter out all non-numeric characters (sponsored by Papapietro Perry Winery)
  • New Location permission to help lock users out from changing location names
  • Reservations Manager: Customer Search now excludes inactive customers
  • Uber Customer Creation Card has new 'existing' link if a customer you are trying to create already exists, upon click, opens the Global Customer Card for that existing record
